Crawford & Company, an independent provider of claims management and outsourcing solutions, has announced a leadership transition within its Middle East operations alongside new senior appointments in the United Arab Emirates.
The firm is managing the planned retirement of its regional director for the Middle East and the introduction of new leadership as part of its continued regional development.
After more than 45 years in the loss adjusting profession, Vic Noble will retire from Crawford & Company at the end of July 2026. Noble joined Crawford & Company in 2016 and has since held a range of technical and leadership roles across the United Kingdom and the Middle East.
Since moving to Dubai in 2016, he has supported the growth of Crawford & Company’s UAE operations, including the integration of the Miller International team acquired in 2022. As regional director, he has overseen the expansion of the business across Dubai and Abu Dhabi, supported by a growing team of specialists.
“We are grateful to Vic for his decades of service and leadership,” commented Niels de Kock, President, Europe and Middle East. “He leaves behind a strong and well-respected business, and we thank him for his lasting contributions to Crawford, not least his unwavering support to colleagues and clients during a period of regional conflict in the Middle East.”
Crawford & Company has appointed Christopher Wylie as regional director, Middle East, effective 22 June 2026, succeeding Noble. Wylie joins Crawford & Company with close to 15 years of regional experience, most recently at Complex Claims International, and previously with Charles Taylor, Whitelaw and GAB Robins. He brings extensive experience in complex and major loss adjusting as well as a strong record of leading teams across the region.
“Christopher brings deep regional experience, strong leadership capabilities and extensive experience with complex claims,” de Kock added. “His appointment reflects our continued investment in the Middle East and our focus on delivering high-quality service and technical expertise to our clients across the region.”
Crawford & Company has also appointed Chris Burley and Steve Smith as senior adjusters in the UAE, both joining from GRS, now part of Complex Claims International. Their appointments are intended to strengthen technical capability and support the handling of complex losses across the region. Crawford & Company said these changes form part of its ongoing focus on investing in people and enhancing service capacity in key growth markets.
